CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
JdA51 is supported by “Science is Cool” (SCOOL), a non-profit Cultural Association promoting educational activities and scientific events aimed at engaging, at different levels, people with science. The JdA51 participants who subscribe to SCOOL will benefit of a VAT-free registration fee to JdA51.
The subscription to SCOOL allows advantageous fees also for attendance at other future cultural events supported by SCOOL, with no other commitments than the association fee (2 euro) which will be paid onsite. You can find the SCOOL association request in the registration form.

Please note that a certificate proving the student status will be required.
Registration fees for accompanying persons include participation in all the events of the social program e.g. welcome party, banquet and dinners.
Please note that the accompanying person fee does not include attendance to the scientific and technical sessions. Also lunches are not included, but it will be possible to buy coupons for them.
REFUND
If the conference cannot be held because of a new outbreak of the pandemics and consequent lock-down imposed by the Italian government, or if quarantine measures imposed by the Italian government or by the government of the participant’s country of residence make participation impracticable, the participant will receive back the entire fee except for bank charges.
The same policy will also be adopted if the attendance does not reach the minimum number required for the conference sustainability.
ACCOMMODATION
At Best Western Hotel Regina Elena the conference has a block of rooms available for JdA51 participants at special discounted rates. Booking is on a first come first served basis (See the Accommodation page). Since the number of rooms reserved at the hotel for conference participants is limited, we advise participants to register for the conference and the hotel at their earliest convenience.
